We meet at the site or the studio, understand how you live or work, and set a realistic scope and budget band before anything is drawn.
Layouts, material palettes and photoreal 3D views. You see the space before a single panel is cut, and we iterate until it is right.
A line-by-line estimate against the approved drawings. No hidden heads, no mid-project surprises — you approve what you are paying for.
Joinery is built to drawing in a controlled workshop while civil, electrical and false-ceiling work runs in parallel on site.
A single site supervisor coordinates every trade, with weekly progress shared to you directly so the schedule stays visible.

Common questions
Yes — a kitchen, a wardrobe wall or one bedroom is a perfectly normal starting point. Many of our full-home projects began as one room.
A full apartment typically runs 8–14 weeks from design sign-off, a villa longer. We commit to a dated schedule at costing stage, not a vague range.
Every line — carcass, shutter, hardware, finish, labour — is priced against the approved drawing, so you can see exactly what a change costs before you make it.
