How a project runs
Six stages. No surprises in between.
Consultation
We meet at the site or the studio, understand how you live or work, and set a realistic scope and budget band before anything is drawn.
Design & 3D
Layouts, material palettes and photoreal 3D views. You see the space before a single panel is cut, and we iterate until it is right.
Costing & Sign-off
A line-by-line estimate against the approved drawings. No hidden heads, no mid-project surprises — you approve what you are paying for.
Production
Joinery is built to drawing in a controlled workshop while civil, electrical and false-ceiling work runs in parallel on site.
Installation
A single site supervisor coordinates every trade, with weekly progress shared to you directly so the schedule stays visible.
Handover & Care
Snag list closed, finishes cleaned, hardware demonstrated, and a written care guide for every material in the house.

Do you work as a main contractor or under a PMC?
Both. We are used to working under a project management consultant and to the client-side reporting, safety documentation and approval gates that come with corporate work.
Which corporate clients have you delivered for?
Fit-out work for Infosys, Amazon, PayPal, HSBC, TCS, Cognizant, AMD, UST, Hitachi and the Reserve Bank of India, alongside institutional projects including BITS Pilani, Aster Medcity, Rainbow Hospital and Lakshadweep House.
Can you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Corporate and institutional projects have been delivered in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Kochi and New Delhi.
