Home/Services/Modular Kitchens

Kitchens engineered around the way you cook.

Most kitchens are sold as a finish and a price per square foot. We start with the work triangle, the appliances you already own and where you actually put the pressure cooker — then choose the hardware, then the finish.

Modular Kitchens

What the scope covers.

Work triangle first, then hardware, then finish. Soft-close mechanisms, moisture-resistant carcasses and stone selected in person — built to drawing and installed to the millimetre.

How a project runs

Six stages. No surprises in between.

01

Consultation

We meet at the site or the studio, understand how you live or work, and set a realistic scope and budget band before anything is drawn.

02

Design & 3D

Layouts, material palettes and photoreal 3D views. You see the space before a single panel is cut, and we iterate until it is right.

03

Costing & Sign-off

A line-by-line estimate against the approved drawings. No hidden heads, no mid-project surprises — you approve what you are paying for.

04

Production

Joinery is built to drawing in a controlled workshop while civil, electrical and false-ceiling work runs in parallel on site.

05

Installation

A single site supervisor coordinates every trade, with weekly progress shared to you directly so the schedule stays visible.

06

Handover & Care

Snag list closed, finishes cleaned, hardware demonstrated, and a written care guide for every material in the house.

What does a modular kitchen cost?

It moves with the carcass material, the shutter finish and the hardware more than with the size. Rather than quote a number we cannot stand behind, we walk the space, agree the specification, and give a line-by-line estimate you can compare honestly against any other quote.

Which is better — plywood, MDF or HDHMR?

For a wet Indian kitchen we specify boiling-water-resistant plywood for the carcass in almost every case. We will show you the cut samples and explain the trade-off rather than just naming the most expensive option.

Do you supply the appliances too?

We can, or we will build precisely around appliances you have already chosen. Send us the model numbers and the cut-outs will be right the first time.

Can you fit a kitchen into a home that is already occupied?

Yes. Joinery is built in the workshop and installed in a short, planned window on site, which keeps the disruption to days rather than weeks.

Let's begin

Something worth living in.

Tell us about the space and we'll take it from there. A first conversation costs nothing and usually settles more than you'd expect — scope, a realistic budget band, and whether we're the right studio for the job.
